To enjoy this discount, you must first enroll in any of the SilverScript prescription drug plans by completing an application and returning it to SilverScript for processing within the designated timeframe. You will be automatically enrolled in the ExtraCare Health program as long as you remain a member in SilverScript.

The value of the ExtraCare® Health Card:
ExtraCare Health Cardholders* receive a 20% discount*** on regular/non-sale priced CVS Store Brand health-related (FSA-eligible****) items at more than 6,300* CVS/pharmacy pharmacies nationwide. To receive your discounts, you just need to present your CVS Caremark ExtraCare card to any CVS crew member at the time of purchase.

CVS Store Brand health-related items include (but are not limited to) CVS/pharmacy® Ibuprofen (compare to Advil®), CVS/pharmacy® Allergy Relief (compare to Claritin®), CVS/pharmacy® Acid Reducer 150 (compare to Zantac® 150), CVS/pharmacy® Nasal Decongestant (compare to Sudafed®) and many others. You'll also receive a 20% discount*** on FSA-eligible products in CVS Store Exclusive Brands, such as NUPRIN®, Life Fitness® blood pressure/heart rate monitors, and Skin EffectsTM and Lumene® sun protection products. There are more than 1,300 eligible health-related CVS Store Brand and Exclusive Brand products.

Your discount will apply to purchases of $1.00 or more. Your savings will be indicated on your CVS store receipt labeled, "HEALTH CARD DSC 20.0."

By using the ExtraCare Health Card as part of your prescription benefit program, you acknowledge your understanding that the discount is restricted to the purchase of CVS Store Brand items for your own medical care or the medical care of your spouse or dependents. By accepting these cards, you agree to abide by the foregoing restriction. Each time you use your ExtraCare Health Card to obtain discounts on regular/non-sale priced CVS Store Brand health-related items, you reaffirm this agreement.
